摘要
在介绍高速切削理论的基础上,说明了PCBN刀具材料的性能,并结合郑州博特硬质材料有限公司研制的整体PCBN刀具与国外进口品牌的硬质合金刀具在某发动机厂缸体铣削加工中的应用对比,指明了未来PCBN刀具的发展方向。
Based on the theory of high-speed cutting, the performance of PCBN materail is introduced in details in this paper. Using the solid PCBN inserts produced by Zhengzhou Berlt Super Hard Materials Co. Ltd and imported coated cemented carbide tools, experimental research on milling of the surface of engine block of gray cast iron at high speed is done in an engine plant. The result has indicated the future direction of development of solid PCBN cutting tools.
