摘要
进行朗德鹅公鹅与四川白鹅母鹅的人工授精试验研究,并与四川白鹅自然交配作对比。结果表明,试验期内人工授精组母鹅产蛋率为50.18%,比自然交配母鹅低2.95个百分点,差异极显著(P<0.01);种蛋畸形率:人工授精组为11.57%,比自然交配组高2.83个百分点,差异极显著(P<0.01);受精率:人工授精组为90.74%,比自然交配组高5.29个百分点,差异极显著(P<0.01);受精蛋孵化率:人工授精组为87.36%,比自然交配组高1.15个百分点,差异显著(P<0.05);健雏率:人工授精组为90.86%,比自然交配组高1.11个百分点,差异显著(P<0.05)。从试验初步结果综合来看,在鹅业生产中有必要加快鹅人工授精技术的研究和推广应用。
Artificial insemimation of male Landaise goose and female Sichuan white goose was studied and compared with natural mating of Sichuan white goose.The results showed that the average laying rate of artificial insemination group was 50.18% which was lower than natural mating with 2.95 percentage points（P0.01）.The rate of deformed egg and fertility rate were 11.57% and 90.74%,which was higher than natural mating with 2.83 and 5.29 percentage points（P0.01）,respectively.The hatching rate of the fertilized eggs and healthy child rate were 87.36% and 90.86%,which was higher than natural mating with 1.15 and 1.11 percentage points（P0.05）,respectively.Comprehensively,it is necessary to speed up the study of goose artificial insemination and its application.
