摘要
从起重机行走过程中大、小车运行机构不同步造成的影响出发,分析了影响运行机构不同步的原因及造成啃轨的后果,提出通过检测轨道两侧运行机构是否同步进行啃轨预测及故障分析的方法,能直观地显示起重机行走过程中两端运行机构的运行状况,为进一步研究桥式起重机啃轨原因提供了新的思路。
Beginning with the impact caused by the traveling mechanism asynchrony during the travelling of the crane,the paper specifically analyzes the cause of the traveling mechanism asynchrony and the rail gnawing consequence caused by it,raises the method by which rail gnawing prediction and fault analysis can be conducted by checking traveling mechanisms at both sides of rails for synchrony and by which the travelling condition of the traveling mechanisms at both sides during the travelling of the bridge crane can be intuitively displayed,offering a new thinking for further study on rail gnawing reasons of bridge crane.
