企业动态能力的二阶多维模型——模型构建及量表开发

摘要 基于对动态能力相关文献的综合分析,重新界定动态能力的基本概念内涵,提出动态能力是一个二阶多维概念模型,由市场响应、组织学习、协调能力、整合能力四个一阶能力构成其维度。在此基础上,开发出动态能力量表。来自于中国企业的问卷调查数据证明该量表具有良好的信度和效度。通过备择模型比较方法验证动态能力二阶多维概念模型更符合动态能力的内涵,具有较好的解释力,从而为动态能力理论的发展提供有价值的理论和实证基础。 This article reconceptualizes dynamic capability,and proposes a second-order multidimensional conceptual model of dynamic capability,consisting of four dimensions,i.e.,market responsiveness,organizational learning,coordination and integration capability.A measurement instrument is developed and tested by using survey data from China companies.The data analysis results support the reliability and validity of the measurement instrument.A model comparison approach is used to verify the proposed second-order multidimensional conceptual model of dynamic capability,which offers a theoretical and empirical basis for further research on dynamic capability.
