摘要
本文从可持续发展的角度 ,系统地分析了传统生产理论的缺陷及在矿区生产中存在的主要问题 ,提出了矿区可持续发展生产理论的基本构想。对该理论的特点、理论基础和研究的内容进行了系统的阐述。在此基础上 ,扩展并改进了矿区生产理论 ,给出了矿区可持续发展生产理论的基本概念、基本原理。
In view of sustainable development,the paper makes an analysis of the shortage of traditional production theory and its existing problems during the mine production,and puts forward a basic thought of mine production theory for sustainable development.Meanwhile,the paper discusses the features and the contents of the theory in detail.On the basis of the research results,the paper extendes and remodifies the mine production theory,the fundamental concepts and the principle of mine sustainable development so as to make a full assessment on the sustainable development.
