摘要
教师教育大学化已成为我国当前教师教育的主要发展趋势,在这样的形势下,我国各级传统师范院校都凸显出众多问题,并在为摆脱固有问题而进行的转型实践中遭遇了多种困境。我国师范院校在向教师教育大学化转型过程中主要存在非师范类专业对教师教育资源的争夺、盲目跃进导致的教师教育质量下滑、综合性大学开展教师教育带来的冲击、部属师范大学免费政策对地方师范院校的冲击等问题。通过平衡培养重心,构建多元化培养模式,整合教师教育资源,建立一体化平台,创建独特优势等方式可以有效解决这些问题,从而促进教师教育大学化的发展。
Universitification has already been the primary trend of teacher education, and under this situation, various problems have emerged and the traditional normal universities at each level have encountered many difficulties in the transitional practice of solving the existing problems. In the normal university's transitional progress to universitification of teacher education, there are many problems, such as the competition of majors from non-normal universities for the resource of teacher education, ttie worsening of teacher education quality caused by blind development, the impact of comprehensive universities' developing teacher education and the impact from the zero-tuition fee policy of the normal university affiliated with the Ministry of education. We should balance the emphasis of cultivation, establish diversified cultivating models, integrate teacher education resource, set up a platform for unity and develop unique advantages to effectively solve these problems and promote the universitification of teacher education.
