摘要
目的了解慈利县5岁以下儿童死亡结构的变化,寻求相应的干预措施。方法对2005—2009年慈利县5岁以下儿童死亡监测资料进行分析。结果新生儿死亡率从2005年的10.04‰下降到2009年的6.24‰,5岁以下儿童死因结构发生了重大改变,意外死亡连续4年成为第一位死因。结论为降低5岁以下儿童死亡率,在做好孕产期保健、加强产儿科合作的前提下,需加强对儿童意外死亡的重视。
OBJECTIVE To understand the mortality of children under 5 years in Cili County,and make intervence measures to reduce children mortality.METHODS Death data of the children under five years old from 2005 to 2009 in Cili County were analyzed.RESULTS The neonatal mortality rate dropped from 10.04 ‰ in 2005 to 6.24 ‰ in 2009,the death cause structure of children under five years old had a major change,accidental death became the first cause of death for four consecutive years.CONCLUSION To reduce the mortality of children under 5 years old,in good maternal health care,strengthen cooperation between obstetrics and pediatrics,children accidental death should be paid more attention.
