靖边气田应用井下气液分离同井回注可行性分析

摘要 为解决靖边气田开发后期气井产液量大、地面气液分离困难、分离处理成本增加等问题,分析靖边气田浅层气井水淹特征,讨论井下气液分离及同井回注技术工艺、技术优势,结合靖边气井特点总结应用该技术的关键技术及存在问题结果表明,在靖边气田满足产水率≥85%、具有适合注水层位、固井质量较好、非油气水同产、直井或倾角不大的斜井等技术条件的气井,能够应用井下气液分离及同井回注技术,减少地面设施、减少对环境的污染和降低生产成本为靖边气田浅层气田的高效开采提供了有效的技术支撑。 With the gas field development,gas liquid production increased gradually,the borehole can be effectively adopted in the formation water to the ground while the existing drainage and gas technology is developing,but also to the gas -liquid separation of the ground makes it difficult,not only need to build a lot of ground gas-liquid separation equipment, and the formation of the isolated water treatment also needs a lot of money,affecting the efficient development of gas fields.Therefore,this paper researchs the feasibility application of this technology of gas field currently producing conditions of the underground gasliquid separation and re-injection wells in the same gas field with the current production status of Jingbian gas field,studys to achieve the key of technology,and summarizes a little and existence of the technical problems.For the Jingbian gas field exploitation of shallow gas fields provides effective technical support.
