摘要
研究了预应力混凝土曲梁桥悬灌施工中线型控制方法。在考虑了不同时间悬灌混凝土梁段徐变变形的条件下,提出了在两种坐标系中悬臂灌筑主梁时各梁段线型调整参数的计算公式。介绍了用所建立的方法对南昆铁路板其二号大桥实施线型控制的效果:既保证了合拢精度,又达到了成桥线型与目标线型的吻合。
The geometric control method for fine cantilever casting construction of PC curved girder bridge are studied in this paper. Taking into consideration of the creep displacement of concrete of the beam segments casted in different times, the calculating formulas of the geometric adjustment parameters of each beam segment in both coordinates during the stage of free cantilever casting construction of girder are proposed. The geometric control result of an actual curved girder bridge, the Banqi - 2 Bridge of Nanning - Kunming Railway, using the developed method is introduced. Die to the effect of the geometric control, the precision of the joining of bridge segments is ensured, and the ultimate geometry of the bridge line coincides well with that of the objective one.
