摘要
文章对我国社会转型时期的足球管理体制中存在的问题进行分析,以"双轨制"——政府机制与市场机制的视角,探讨了我国足球管理体制的政府运行机制架构和市场运行机制架构。
By analyzing problems of the football management system during the era of social transformation, the author put forward a thinking to build the government operating mechanism and the market operating mechanism in perspectives on double-track government and market mechanism.
