摘要
自主创新环境由资源环境、市场环境、政策法规环境、制度环境、社会文化环境和服务支持环境等六个方面因素构成。基于自主创新环境的内涵及构成,构建了多层次的区域自主创新环境评价指标体系模型,并应用模糊层次分析法对福建省自主创新环境状况进行定量评价与分析。
The independent innovation environment was constituted by the resources environment, the market environment, the policies and regulations environment, the system environment, the social culture environment and the service supporting environment. Based on the connotation and its constitu- tion of the independent innovation environments, the paper constructed a multiple indicator system model of the regional independent innovation environment and evaluated and analyzed the independent innovation environment of Fujian province using this model.
