摘要
双目视觉三维数字化测量是一种先进的产品数据采集技术,由于其无破坏、测量精度高、数据获取速度快等优点而被工业界和学术界广泛关注,是加快产品开发和保证产品质量的重要手段之一。文章在对国内外相关研究工作进行分析的基础上,系统地总结了双目视觉三维数字化测量技术的基本原理、研究现状,并指出在其研究过程中应解决的关键问题,明确了以后研究的方向。文章为双目视觉三维数字化测量技术研究工作的进一步展开提供了参考,对其正确、广泛地应用具有一定的指导意义。
As an advanced data acquisition technique,Binocular vision 3D measurement is applied to speed up product development and ensure manufacturing quality.It has received most attention both from academia industry because of the nondestructive,high precision and rapid resolution.Based on the analysis of relative study,this paper systematically summarized the basic theory,research situation of the Binocular vision 3D measurement technique,meanwhile,critical technologies in measuring are also put forward.The discussion in this paper provides basis for a further study of the technique and has a certain pragmatic value for its right use and wide application.
