摘要
由聚醚型聚丙二醇二缩水甘油醚和甲基丙烯酸合成了可光固化的聚丙二醇二缩水甘油醚二甲基丙烯酸酯(DMA),再按不同质量配比将此合成物与双酚A型环氧甲基丙烯酸酯(BEMA)混合,经紫外光照射得到复合光固化膜,然后对所得固化膜的耐热性、柔韧性、硬度、光泽度、可见光透过率和微观形貌进行表征。研究结果表明,复合膜兼具DMA和BEMA的优点,呈现良好的耐热性、柔韧性、硬度、光泽度和可见光透过率,而且DMA和BEMA相容性好。在所选的固化条件下,DMA和BEMA为5/5时,所得透明膜的T5%和T50%可分别达291.2℃和433.6℃,并且柔韧性和硬度良好,光泽度达109.6。
UV-curable polypropylene glycol diglycidyl ether dimethacrylate (DMA) was synthesized from polypropylene glycol diglycidyl ether and methacrylic acid,and a series of DMA/bisphenol-A epoxy methacrylate(BEMA) films with different proportions of DMA and BEMA were prepared.These cured films were analyzed by characterizations of thermogravimetric analysis(TGA),differential scanning calorimetry(DSC),flexibility,hardness,gloss,UV-visible spectrometer and scanning electron microscope(SEM).It is found that the cured films show good thermal ability,flexibility,hardness,gloss and light transmittance,and DMA and BEMA are well compatible.Under the selected curing conditions,when the ratio of DMA and BEMA is 5/5,T5% and T50% of the cured film reach to 291.2 ℃ and 433.6 ℃ respectively;its flexibility and hardness are excellent;its gloss is 109.6.
