摘要
现代住宅功能要求已从满足“住”发展到“住得好”，我国70年代左右修建的城市住宅在套型组合、内部功能及空间环境等片面，已个适应现代后付者的需求。该文论述了城市住宅改造设计的必要性和方法，阐明了在我国现有条件下进行城市住宅政选造是改善居住空间环境，提高居住生活质量，满足人们对居住事间新要求的理想途径。
The requirement of the function of modern residence have developed from 'living' in to 'better living'. Urban resi dence beilt in 1970's now couldn' t meet the requirement of nowadays inhabit antsin the dwelling size, the internal function and the environment of spece. The paper discusses the necessary and the methed of the redesign in urban resi dcnce reform. and expounds that the re-designin urban residence reformis aideal way which can advance the enviroment of habitablc spoce. enhance the quality of habitable space and satisfy the new requirarent of the public for habit ablespace.
