摘要 在电源电站引水隧洞开挖施工中危险源辨识与安全管理中,安全管理人员重点把洞挖爆破作业、不良地质段的塌方作为重大危险源来进行控制。施工中通过作业条件风险因素评价和利用重大风险控制措施对重大风险进行现场监控的办法,在引水隧洞开挖过程中有效地防止了各种事故,达到了施工安全的目的。 For hazard source identification and safety management during excavation of power souree station headrace tunnel, safety management personnel take tunnel blasting and collapse in sections of poor geological conditions as major hazard sources for control. During construction, major risks were monitored on site through evaluation of risk factors of operating conditions and taking measures for control of major risks, which effectively prevent various accidents during headrace tunnel excavation and achieve the purpose of construction safety.
