摘要
岩壁吊车梁是一种新型吊车梁结构设计方式,其设计思想是用长锚杆将钢筋混凝土大梁锚固于岩石结构上,荷载通过锚杆和梁与岩石接触面摩擦力传到岩体上,岩壁吊车梁下部为临空面,混凝土水泥用量大,水化热高,因此在施工中需采取综合温控措施,有效控制混凝土裂缝的产生,以保证岩壁吊车梁使用的可靠性。笔者对岩壁吊车梁混凝土浇筑过程中的温度控制进行了探索和实践,结果表明所采取的施工方案科学、有效,满足设计要求。
The rock - wall crane beam is a new type of structure design introduced to China in recent 10 years. The design concept is to anchor the reinforcement concrete beam in rock structure by use of long rock - bolts, and the load is transferred to the rock body through the friction of contact surface between rock - bolts & beam and rock. The lower part of the rock - wall crane beam is in suspension, the consumption of concrete is large, and the heat of hydration is high. Therefore, comprehensive temperature control measures shall be taken in construction so as to control concrete cracking effectively and ensure the operation reliability of the rock - wall crane beam. This paper discusses the temperature control during placement of rock - wall crane beam concrete. The results show that the adopted construction method is scientific and effective, and can meet the design requirement.
