摘要
对采用物理化学法治理汽车工业电泳涂装工艺中产生的高浓度超滤液废水进行研究,确定了混凝沉淀化学氧化的两级处理路线,得出操作参数。在此条件下,COD去除率近80 % 左右。
Physical chemical process was researched experimentally to treat the high concentrated waste liquid from the ultra filtration of electrophoretic processing in automobile factory.A two stage process of coagulation sedimentation and chemical oxidation and corresponding operation parameters have been formulated.Under this condition a removal of COD of 80% will be obtained.
