摘要
对板式空冷凝汽器传热特性进行了研究,建立了空冷单元的物理模型,并构建了换热板束及外部的数学模型。利用CFD软件对空冷单元进行数值模拟,典型工况模拟结果与实测数据基本相符,可应用此模型对空冷凝汽器的传热性能进行深入研究。利用该模型进行变风量数值模拟,通过数据分析整理得到空气侧的努塞尔特数与雷诺数的准则关联式,适用于该同类现象的分析与计算。
The heat transfer characteristic of plate air-cooled condenser is studied,the physical model of air-cooled unit is built,and the mathematical models of plate heat exchanger and space out of the heat exchanger are established individually.Then the air-cooled unit is simulated using CFD software,and numerical results agree well with actual data,that shows the simulation model is reliable.Then with VAV(variable air volume) numerical simulation,the correlation formula between Nusselt number and Reynolds number is acquired.
