摘要
指出了目前高职院校创新团队建设存在的问题,认为研究创新团队建设模式具有实际意义。介绍了北京工业职业技术学院岩土工程与勘查专业创新团队建设实践,总结出了以科研平台为依托,实施目标管理,创建学习型专业创新团队建设模式。
The author points out the problems of Innovative Team Building and thinks that it is necessary to research the Innovative team-building model.The article describes an innovative platform for team-building model based on scientific research,the implementation of target management,learning organization professional.What is more,the author describes the practice and effectiveness,as it is applied to exploration technology and engineering Innovative Team Building.
