摘要
验证自动进样器进样量的准确性，符合中国药品ＧＭＰ认证的要求。我们采用Ｎｏｖａ－ Ｐａｋ１８ ＨＰＬＣ色谱柱，３０％ 甲醇加７０％ 水为流动相，检测波长为２７２ ｎｍ ，咖啡因为测定物质；根据样品量与所测得峰面积呈正比的关系。
Validation of the accuracy of the HPLC Autosampler's injection is necessary for Chinese drug GMP authentication. We use the chromatographic system consisting of Nova-Pak C18 HPLC column and mobile phase of 30% methanol and 70% water with a detection wavelength at 272 nm and caffeine as detective samples. According to the direct ratio between quantity of sample to peak area (response), the accuracy of autosampler's injection is validated.
