摘要
光机电一体化实训装置融合了机械、电气、PLC、气动、传感、计算机等多项技术,采用了开放式和模块式可拆卸结构,为学生实践动手、分析解决问题等能力的培养提供了很好的实践平台。借助于此实训装置,精心设计了教学案例、实训项目,以及毕业实践课题,然后采用基于行动导向的分组实施教学方法锻炼学生的综合能力,取得了很好的效果。这不仅培养了学生的专业技能,同时也使得学生的表达能力、团队协作能力、创新能力等综合能力得到了提升,提高了学生的社会竟争力。
The opto-mechatronics practice training equipment adopts open architecture and modular structure,applies various technologies,such as mechanical technology,electrical control technology,PLC technology,pneumatic technology and sensing technology,to train comprehensive ability of college students.On the basis of this equipment,some teaching cases,training projects and graduation topics are well designed.The action-orientation teaching method is adopted to cultivate various abilities of college students,such as professional skills,ability of expression,teamwork spirit,and innovation ability.The practical results showed that the social competitive capacity of college students is improved by using this equipment.
