摘要
本文从线圈个数、线圈距离、线圈直径、线圈形状四个方面分析传感器的优化问题.计算了各种传感器模型下的灵敏度矩阵,分析了各灵敏度矩阵的特征值谱,总结了各参数对EMT传感器的影响规律,最终给出了EMT传感器的优化结果.
We analyze the sensor optimization from the following four aspects: coils number, coils location, coils diameter and coils shape. First, the sensitivity matrixes are calculated under various sensor models. And then the eigenvalue spectrum of every sensitivity matrix is analyzed. Finally, the law of the parameters influencing EMT sensor is summarized and the optimization results of EMT sensor are given.
