摘要 心肺复苏(CPR)是抢救心脏呼吸停止患者的基本手段。自1966年首个心肺复苏指南发布以来,已成功抢救了成千上万例患者。2010年10月发布的《2010美国心脏协会(AHA)心肺复苏(CPR)及心血管急救(ECC)指南》包含了最新研究成果和循证医学证据,成为当前心肺复苏的最新标准。本文就近年来心肺复苏研究与争议焦点及《2010美国心脏协会(AHA)心肺复苏(CPR)及心血管急救(ECC)指南》的要点作一介绍。
