摘要
目的观察特定电磁波治疗仪(TDP)参与治疗功能性消化不良(FD)的临床疗效。方法将60例FD患者随机分为两组,试验组30例予TDP神灯配合药物治疗,对照组30例予单纯药物治疗,从临床疗效判断两种方法的优劣。结果两组临床疗效比较无统计学意义(P>0.05),但试验组在临床痊愈率、显效率、有效率较对照组占优。结论 TDP照射通过多种途径对FD症状改善有效,其最终结论及单独疗效有待大样本临床验证。
Objective To observe the clinical curative effect of treating functional dyspepsia with special electromagnetic therapeutic apparatus （TDP）＇s participation. Methods A total of 60 cases with functional dyspepsia were randomly divided into two groups, test group,30 eases,accepted TDP lamp based on drug therapy,control group,30 cases,were just got drug therapy,to find which was better from clinical curative effect. Results There was no significant difference between the clinical curative effect of two groups （P〈0.05）, but the test group was better than Control group in healing rate, obviously efficiency, effectiveness. Conclusion The TDP is effective through many kinds of ways to the FD symptom improvement, its final conclusion and the independent curative effect was waiting for the big sample clinical trial.
