一种CMOS图像传感器ADC的高速高精度S/H电路

摘要 设计了一种用于流水线模数转换器的采样保持电路,该电路采用自举开关,并运用衬底驱动技术设计一个增益达到89dB全差分两级跨导运算放大器(OTA)。在CSMC 0.5μm CMOS工艺,在3.3V的电源电压下,仿真它可以满足基于1024×1024CMOS图像传感器芯片级ADC的高速高精度能要求。
