摘要
目的:探讨心理干预在口腔科门诊手术患者中的作用。方法:将100例口腔科门诊手术患者随机分为干预组和对照组各50例,对照组给予常规护理,干预组在此基础上实施心理干预,分析、比较两组术前1h心理状态。结果:两组患者在担心手术疼痛、担心手术不成功、担心术后后遗症、担心术后疤痕影响美观及焦虑、紧张、恐惧等观察指标比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01,P<0.05)。结论:心理干预是减轻口腔科门诊手术患者不良心理的有效方法,值得临床推广应用。
Objective：To explore the effect of psychological intervention on the patients treated with surgery in the dental outpatient department.Methods：100 patients who received surgical treatment in the dental outpatient department were randomly divided into intervention group and control group（50 cases for each group）.The routine nursing care was taken in the control group and the psychological intervention was applied in the intervention group based on the routine nursing care.The psychological state of the patients one hour before surgery was analyzed and compared between the two groups.Results：There were statistically significant differences in the comparison of the patient＇s worries of surgical pain,the success of surgery,complications, postoperative scars,anxiety,tension,fear and other observed indicators between the two groups（P〈0.01,P〈0.05）.Conclusion： Psychological intervention is the effective method to relieve the adverse psychological state of the surgical patients in the dental outpatient department and it is worthy of being applied clinically.
