摘要
综述了近年来PPH术与Milligan-Morgan术应用于临床的现状,并阐述了关于术后肛门括约肌功能影响的临床研究,特别是肛门括约肌功能的评估方法,包括直肠肛管测压、腔内B超、MRI和肛门功能评分及调查问卷。
This article overviews the exhibition of PPH and Milligan-Morgan in recent years, and expounds the clinical research about the influence on the function of the sphincter ani after these two operations, especially the processes to assessment function of the sphincter ani including Anorectal Manometry, ultrasound, MRI, the marking system and questionnaires.
