摘要
脾为后天之本,气血生化之源,在血的生成和运行中发挥着重要作用。文章通过古今文献对脾生血统血内涵和功能的认识,分析中医脾在血液生成和运行中的重要作用。并进一步阐述了脾生血统血功能异常在血液疾病的发生发展和防治中的指导意义。
Spleen is the acquired essence, and the source for the production and transformation of qi and blood. It plays a significant role in produce and transport blood.This paper analyse the important role the spleen plays in produce and transport blood through the understanding of connotation and function of the spleen produce and control blood by literature, and further elaborated the guiding sense of the spleen＇s dysfunction in produce and control blood among blood disease＇s occurrence, development and prevention.
