摘要
光纤布喇格光栅(FBG)封装技术是光器件集成化中的一项关键技术。提出了一种全部注胶的封装方案,由于胶水固化时所产生的应力使得光纤布喇格光栅的性能出现劣化,反射谱和透射谱出现多峰。在第二套封装方案中,通过减少注胶范围和增加保护结构,实现了性能良好的封装方案,FBG反射谱和透射谱形状均正常。
The packaging technique of optical fiber Bragg grating(FBG) is the key technique in optical device integration.The packaging scheme of utter glue-injection is proposed firstly,but because of the stress made by the curing process of glue,the degradation of fiber Bragg grating occurs,and there are more than one peak in reflection spectrum and transmission spectrum.In order to solve the stress problem,the second packaging scheme,with less glue-injection area and more protection structures,achieves a packaging solution with good performances,and FBG reflection spectrum and transmission spectra are also in the normal shape.
