摘要
土地征收补偿范围与标准关系到农民的切身利益,关系到我国改革、发展、稳定的大局,而我国土地征收补偿范围与标准存在重大缺陷。应以市场价格为标准,提高补偿标准;扩大征地补偿范围,增加邻接地、通损地及对土地可预期的未来利益的补偿;完善分配制度,提高农民所占分配比例,从而切实地保障被征地农民的合法权益。
The standards and ranges of the imposition on lands concern the farmers＇ interest as well as the reform, development and stabilization of China. Nevertheless, there are great defects as far as this topic is concerned, purposing the security of farmers benefits, the flowing resolves should be tried in the future： to increase the standards; to expand the ranges by taking the adjoining lands, the losses on lands and the benefits can be expected into account; to increase the farmers distribution by consummating the corresponding system.
