摘要
本文主要对跨国直接投资与东道国产业成长之间的关系进行理论分析，提出了产业带动效应的定义、内容，并进一步探讨了这种效应实现的机制。
This paper analysed the relationship between the transnational direct investment and the industrial growth of native industry,and put forward the concept and content of the industrial promoting effect and also discussed the mechanism to achieve this effect.
