摘要
紫花苜蓿复合体(Medicago sativa complex)是极为重要的牧草资源,其成员间具有明显的形态渐渡特征。为摸清其种质资源状况并明确其分类学问题,通过查阅馆藏腊叶标本和野外居群采样,观测了39个形态性状,并利用主成分分析和聚类分析的方法进行运算。结果表明,紫花苜蓿复合体的花器官有形成"大花类型"和"小花类型"的趋势,但花的大小尚不能作为独立的分类依据;荚果的变异相对稳定,可以作为比较可靠的分类依据;而营养器官的形态相似度极高,分类价值相当有限。同时,认为我国境内的紫花苜蓿复合体应包括4个种和3个变型。
Medicago sativa complex is one of the most important forage resources in the world.In order to find out the status of its germplasm and clarify its taxonomic problems,materials from the herbariums and wild populations were observed and measured with 39 morphological traits.Cluster analysis(CA) and principal component analysis(PCA) were used to study the morphological variation and taxonomy of the complex.The results of this study showed that the flower has a trend to evolve into two types and the size or circle number of pod with smaller variation may be taken as a key character for the complex.However,the morphology of stem and leave was too similar to each other to lack the taxonomic value for the complex.To identify the taxa in the complex effectively,making full use of possible morphological characters is necessary.The study showed that the complex comprised 4 species and 3 formas in China.
