位于染色体22q13上的APOL1、ARSA和GGA1基因在人脑胶质瘤组织中mRNA表达 被引量:1

摘要 胶质瘤的发生源于多种基因的相互作用[1].新近研究表明染色体22q13上APOL1、ARSA和GGA1基因可能参与多种肿瘤细胞中的RNA编辑过程[2].本研究旨在观察中国人群胶质瘤肿瘤组织中是否存在这3种基因的异常表达.
