摘要
本文采用边界积分法（BIEM），计算陶瓷面砖在自然温度变化条件下瓷釉界面温度梯度，分析其热应力对陶瓷热稳定性的影响．结果表明：釉和瓷体的不同膨胀所引起的不等收缩只是形成面砖龟裂或剥落的原因之一，而表面应力疲劳才是造成这种现象的主要原因。
In this paper, the authors use the Boundary Integral Equation Method (BIEM ) to calculate temperature gradient of interface between glaze and body layers under natural temperature variation condition.and then to analyze the effect of thermal stress on ceramics. The result indicates that unequal contraction which is caused by different expansions of the body and glaze is only one of the reasons which lead to cracks and peeling off of glazed tile and in fact the surface stress faigue is the main reason.
