地震致颅脑伤患者早期血凝机制探讨 被引量:1

摘要 目的总结地震致颅脑伤患者凝血功能及疾病严重程度判别的临床意义。方法 2008年5月1230日,对收治的地震致颅脑伤患者按GCS评分分为Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ组,Ⅰ组:13~15分10例;Ⅱ组:9~12分21例;Ⅲ组:3~8分9例;另择单纯软组织挫伤患者9例为对照组,分别检测凝血酶原时间(PT)、活化部分凝血活酶时间(APTT)、凝血酶时间(TT)、纤维蛋白原(FIB)及血小板的指标。结果颅脑伤组PT、APTT、TT、FIB、血小板与对照组比较差异有统计学意义;其凝血功能异常变化与疾病严重程度相关。结论检测PT、APTT、TT、FIB及血小板变化可以了解颅脑地震伤者的凝血功能及判断疾病的严重程度,有助于颅脑地震伤患者的诊断和治疗。
