运动是一种降压“药” 被引量:6

摘要 高血压患者日渐增多,临床医生往往强调降压药的使用而忽略运动的价值。许多研究表明规律运动具有良好的降压效果,可使高血压患者的收缩压降低10mmHg、舒张压降低8mmHg。这种降压幅度可与一种降压药物相媲美。因此,不少学者认为运动就是一种降压"药",而且是一种特殊的降压"药",因为运动还具有一些药物所不具有的特质。
