摘要
本文是在新技术革命背景下，军事运筹学在装备效能评估上的应用问题进行探讨。首先明确分析运筹学在装备系统效能评估上的应用，其次分析运筹学在装备作战模拟效能评估上的应用，为运筹学在装备效能上的合理利用打下坚实的基础。
This is a new technological revolution in the context of military operations research in the equipment evaluation on the Application of issues were discussed.First,we should make a clear analysis of the performance evaluation system in the equipment operational research on the application,then make sure the battle simulated effectiveness evaluation,to lay a solid foundation for the application of operations research in equipment performance.
