摘要
本研究从鸡的消化道中分离出2 株植物乳酸杆菌( Lactobacillusplanteru m ) 、1 株粪链球菌( Streptococcusfaeciu m) ,鉴定后进行菌种产酸耐酸、菌种安全性、菌种组合筛选试验,结果表明:所选菌株是安全的、在p H4 .4 ~7 .29 的范围内可以生长,且3 株菌配合产酸效果最好;然后用这3 株菌与动物营养教研室现有2 株酵母菌( Saccharo myces) ,选择1∶1 的配合比例,以玉米为发酵底物,制成1 种新型复合菌发酵剂。
Different combinations of lactobacillus planterum,streptococcus faecium,which were separated from broiler's digestive tract and saccharomces,were compared to select the most satisfactory complex bacteria leaven according to acid-produce,acid-resistant property and the bacteria number development during fermenting period. The result showed that the strains selected reached the standard of security requirement and they grew well in the range of pH4.4—7.29.The result also indicated that the acid produce efficiency of the combination of Lactobacillus planterum and Streptococcus faecium was higher than single strain bacteria.
