摘要
通过分析由传统的以单个家庭为主体向家庭与社区结合为主体的养老方式的转变,从完善老年人居住行为的空间载体的角度提出基本居住空间系统概念,立足于系统组成要素之间的关联性结构整合,针对北京存量旧住宅不适应老年人居住的现状,总结出北京旧住宅更新过程中应注意的原则,以强调居住空间的整体对新的养老模式的适应。
By analysis of the transition of the pattern of the old-age care, which is from traditional single family to the combination of family and community, this paper brings forward a concept of basic residential space system based on structural integration of its components. Aiming at the current state of Beijing surplus old houses un-adapted to the habitation of old age, it summarizes the principle of renewing Beijing old houses by which the integrality of residential space should be emphasized for adapting to new pattern of the old-age care.
