摘要
左乙拉西坦是一种新型抗癫药物,由于其不良反应少、安全性高,已广泛应用于儿童局灶性及全面性癫的治疗。本文对左乙拉西坦在儿童癫及儿童癫综合征中单药及添加使用的疗效及安全性做一综述。
Levetiracetam is a newly well-tolerated antiepileptic agent. It has been used extensively in and geneuralized epilepsy without severe adverse effect. This article reviewed the effect and safety of levetiracetam in child epilepsy and epileptic syndromes as monotherapy or add-on therapy.
