摘要
在保证区外故障时的差动保护安全性的前提下,为了提高保护的灵敏度,具有比率制动特性的差动保护在电力系统中的各种设备上作为主保护得到广泛应用。针对比率差动保护制动系数在内部故障灵敏度与外部故障安全性方面的矛盾,提出了一种相位相关电流差动保护新原理,该原理将差动两侧的电流相位差引入判据,使得区内、外故障情况下制动项分别体现为驱动和制动2种状态,从而提高了差动保护的灵敏性和可靠性。同时,差动保护新原理在抗电流互感器饱和问题上也具有明显的优越性。
In order to improve protection sensitivity, percentage restraint differential protection has been widely used as the main protection for a variety of power system equipment under the premise of ensuring differential protection security. Considering the contradiction between the sensitivity for internal fault and the security for external fault, a novel principle of phase related current differential protection was proposed. Based on this principle, current phase difference was introduced as a criterion, so restraint unit of protection can take the role of drive or restraint in the case of internal or external faults. Therefore, the sensitivity and the reliability of differential protection can be improved simultaneously. Furthermore, the proposed differential protection has the distinct advantage on restricting the influence of current transformer saturation.
