摘要
从组成,结构,数据流大体流程,关键技术等方面详细论述了安全操作管理ASOM的设计过程和应用情况,实现了生产操作的安全操作导航、先进报警分析管理、装置预报警等功能,有效地提高了生产平稳率,使操作人员实现了安全、高效的操作,同时大大减少了无效报警、降低了对装置的生产扰动,提高了装置安全等级。在实际生产中取得了一定的经济效益和社会效益。
In this article,the design process and application of the Safety Operation Management system are discussed from the composition,structure,process of the data flow and key technology,etc.The system realized the functions,such as the safety operation navigation,advanced warning analysis management and the device forecasting warning,etc.And it effectively improved the production stable rate,realized the safety operation of the operators,greatly reduced the invalid warnings and production disturbance and improved the safety level of the device.It has obtained certain economic and social benefits in practical production
