摘要
阐述了传统加热方式在钛带冷轧酸洗中的应用及其存在的问题,并分析了微波加热酸洗液的原理和技术特点,利用一种新型的微波加热设备,提出一种利用微波加热钛带冷轧酸洗液的新技术,通过中试实验证明新技术是有效合理的。并展望了微波加热技术在钢铁及有色金属行业冷轧酸洗工艺加热中的应用前景。
The application of conventional heating method to the acid cleaning of titanium belt cold rolling and the existing problems in it are described. The principles and technical characteristics of microwave heating in the acid wash are analyzed. Moreover, using a new type of microwave heating equipment, a new manufacturing technology of microwave heating in the acid wash of titanium belt is demonstrated. The result of medium of experiments shows that the new technology is effective and reasonable. Prospective application of microwave heating to the acid cleaning of steel and nonferrous metals cold rolling is expected.
