摘要
目的：研究夏枯草提取物体外抑制大肠杆菌的活性。方法：采用细菌涂布法和滤纸片法确定了夏枯草提取物对大肠杆菌（Escherichiacoil）的抑制作用。结果：夏枯草提取物对大肠杆菌的抑制作用，可测量到平均9mm左右的抑菌圈直径。
Objective ： Extract of Prunella inhibitory effect of E. coll. Methods ： Coated with bacteria and the filter paper method were determined on E. coli Pnmella extract （Escherichia coli）inhibiled. Conclusion：Prunella extract on the inhibition of E. coli, measurable inhibition zone around the average diameter of 9mm.
