摘要
继电保护隐含故障具有隐蔽性和危害性的特点,解决它不仅需要技术手段,还需要重视管理手段。首先根据隐含故障的产生根源对其进行分类,分为软件、硬件和定值三类隐含故障。然后从技术和管理两个方面综合探索各类隐含故障的产生原因以及减少或消除隐含故障发生的措施。最后分析未来电网发展,包括数字化变电站、广域保护以及分布式发电对隐含故障的影响。认为这种稳定的分类方法能适应电网发展,从技术和管理两个方面共同探索减少或消除各类隐含故障是全面有效的。
Because of its hidden and harmful features,the hidden failure in relay protection system are very difficult to be solved and both technological and management means are needed.In this paper,the hidden failures are firstly classified into software,hardware and relay setting according to their origins.And then their origin causes and measures for avoiding or decreasing them are discussed in terms of technology and management.In the end,the influence of future power system,including digital transformer substation,wide-area protection and distributive generation,are discussed on hidden failures in relay protection system.It is concluded that the proposed classification method can be well adaptable to the development of power system and it is very useful to explore means for avoiding or decreasing hidden failures from two aspects of technology and management.
