摘要
模块化和精细化是火力发电厂布置技术发展的两大趋势。精细化的布置设计主要体现在设计深度、设计准确性和对工程量的精确控制上,其发展趋势是将设计范围扩展到小口径管道出图、工厂化配管设计等,并精细地考虑设备、管道的布置空间,满足它们运行、检修、维护等全寿命周期内的各项要求。借助数字化三维布置协同设计平台,对火力发电厂进行全三维、精细化建模设计,可以实现零碰撞精确布置并实时提供设计工程量,以更好地适应工程总承包和海外项目的要求。
Modular and aborative design is the two trends of power plant layout technology.Aborative design focuses on the depth,precision of detail design and accurate bill of materials.The development trend is that the design scope will extend to the detailed drawings of small size pipes and pipe shop fabrication.The spaces required for the equipments operation,maintenance and hoisting will be elaborately planed.By developing the digital 3D collaboration design platform,the entire power plant will be elaborately designed in a 3D model so that zero clash can be realized and real-time BOM can be proposed,which will be more adaptive for the requirement of EPC and overseas projects.
