摘要
针对火电厂燃煤锅炉直吹式制粉系统中速磨煤机进口一次风量测量偏差大这一问题,采用计算流体力学(computational fluid dynamics,CFD)软件对一次风管内流场进行了数值模拟。将计算流量与实际运行中测定流量进行了比较,发现一次风管在"八"字形调风挡板开度较小时会产生扁平射流随机附壁现象,这使下游流场具有不确定性且分层严重,随意布置的风量测点无法合理反映实际流量,建议基于CFD数值计算结果来合理选择风量测点位置的方法。
To address the measurement deviation of primary air flow rate at vertical-shaft mill entrance in direct-fired system for coal-fired power plant,the computational fluid dynamics(CFD) software is used to simulate the flow field in primary air duct.The computed flow rate is compared with the measured values,which indicates that the small aperture of symmetrical damper will produce flat fluidic wall-attachment phenomena and makes downstream flow field uncertain and badly stratified,so random arrangement of measuring points cannot reflect the actual flow reasonably.It is proposed to choose the appropriate position for flow measurement based on the CFD simulated results.
