2010年版美国建(构)筑物荷载规范有关风荷载部分修改简介 被引量:5

摘要 从2010年1月1日起,美国土木工程师协会编写的建(构)筑物最小设计荷载规范ASCE7-10开始正式实施。其中风荷载部分有了较大的修改。风荷载内容由原来的1个章节分解为6个章节。基本风速的重现期也由原来的50年改为根据不同建(构)筑物风灾害类别分别取为300年、700年或1700年。为与地震作用一致,荷载组合中的风荷载分项系数也由原来的1.6改为1.0。同时,正常使用极限状态也采用了与承载能力极限状态不同重现期的风速。简述ASCE7-10中有关风荷载部分的主要修改内容,供有关人员参考。 The latest edition of Minimum Design loads for buildings and other structures ASCE 7-10 published by American Society of Civil Engineers came into force on January 1,2010.The format and layout of the wind load provisions has been significantly revised from previous editions.The wind load provisions are now presented in six chapters as opposed to prior editions which has only one chapter.The return period of basic wind speed has been changed from 50 years to 300 years,700 years or 1 700 years according to the wind risk category of buildings and structures.The partial factor of wind load in load combination also has been reduced from 1.6 to 1.0.At the same time,different return period wind speeds have been used for ultimate and serviceability limit state.This paper briefly introduces these changes in ASCE 7-10 for design engineer reference.
