摘要
涡流检测是对金属多层结构内层腐蚀检测的首选方法。为解决检测在役飞机蒙皮多层结构夹层腐蚀问题,采用了低频涡流检测方法。综合上层下底面和下层上表面腐蚀的信号幅度、相位分离度各方面因素,选取了最佳频率,制作了专用的涡流探头,运用阻抗分析图中相位和幅度的变化,有效区分了不同层的腐蚀缺陷。试验结果与理论分析相吻合,成功地解决了飞机大修蒙皮夹层腐蚀检测问题。
Eddy current testing is the preferred method of corrosion inspection to the inner layer of the multi-layer metal structure.To solve the problem of testing,the aircraft skin sandwich structure corrosion flaw,the low-frequency eddy current testing method was established.The optimum frequency was selected considering about the single magnitude and the phase separation of the depths corrosion flaw.The aircraft skin sandwich structure corrosion flaw was identified,using as-prepared eddy current probe and utilizing the difference of phase and magnitude.This would give a reliable testing method for aircraft reconstruction.
