摘要
弹体结构强度和引信强度的设计是弹体对硬目标的侵彻实验中需要研究的一个重要课题,然而通过侵彻的原型试验来进行设计耗费巨大;针对这个问题,在理论分析的基础上,采用ANSYS/LS-DYNA有限元软件对侵彻过程进行模拟仿真,通过与实弹测试结果对比可知:仿真模型所得速度时间历程结果中的速度参数值与实弹测试时的遥测结果相近,而作为侵彻过程的重要的被测参数:加速度——时间曲线来说模拟所得加速度值与实测加速度信号值也相吻合,从而实现了可以在低成本的基础上为弹体的结构强度和引信强度的设计等提供设计依据。
The design of structural strength of projectile and fuse intensity is an important research topic to be studied of projectile penetrating hard targets works, however, the prototype testing will be required to spend a lot of manpower, material and financial resources. To address this issue, based on the theoretical analysis, using ANSYS / LS-DYNA finite element software to simulate the process of projectile penetrating hard targets. By comparing the results of live testing and mode simulation we can see: The results of velocity--time history de- rived from simulation model is similar to live telemetry, the simulated acceleration values obtained compared with the measured acceleration signal value is also almost coincide, Which can be achieved to provide design basis for the missile body strength and the fuse intensity basis on the basis of low--cost .
